About the Artist: Haegue Yang

Born in Seoul and currently working between Seoul and Berlin, Haegue Yang is a highly regarded contemporary artist known for her multisensory installations. Through everyday materials—metal bells, Venetian blinds, paper, and light—she redefines how we experience space, light, and sound.

Rather than presenting art as something to be observed from a distance, Yang creates immersive environments. Her installations often invite us to move through them, encouraging an awareness of our surroundings that we might otherwise overlook.

A Subtle Sense of Emotion
